Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@riversstudios.com.

Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations received between 8 and 29 days prior to the event are eligible for a maximum 25% refund of the total amount paid.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

This policy is designed to protect limited session availability while offering fair consideration for schedule changes.
